ARMAN MIRZAIAN – DIRECTOR

Arman Mirzaian is the co-founder of APM Refrigeration alongside his childhood friend Peter Johnson. With a deep background in and knowledge of the hospitality industry, Arman possesses Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery, Cert 3 in Design Fundamentals, a Diploma in Graphic Design and Cert 3 In Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.

A serial entrepreneur, Arman is involved in several companies beyond APM Projects, including Ice Dealers, APM Refrigeration, and Wholly Mackerel. Arman has given generously to various charitable organisations and scientific research programs throughout Australia and is always looking for future philanthropic projects.

PETER JOHNSON – DIRECTOR

Peter is an accomplished refrigeration technician with over 20 years of experience and the director of APM Refrigeration. In this role, Peter leads a team of highly qualified, detail-oriented technicians to go above and beyond for their customers, working across commercial and industrial refrigeration, freezer and cooler rooms.

A trusted industry leader with knowledge and experience across a range of brands and technologies. Peter provides top-quality service working across Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle pubs and restaurants. Always willing to go above and beyond in service of his customers, Peter’s commitment is recognised across the industry with an extensive list of satisfied clients.

ADAM O’KEEFFE – PROJECT MANAGER

Adam started his Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Certificate 3 in 1994 and spent time employed in the Australian Defence industry before completing his trade at Garden Island in 1997.

Moving into the hospitality industry in 1998 as a refrigeration / beer technician servicing pubs, clubs and restaurants. In 2015, he transitioned into his current role of Project Manager, responsible for overseeing teams of service techs, as well as major installations in the wider Sydney basin. With 25 years of experience in the design and installation of refrigeration and beer systems, Adam gives clients confidence and trust that their project is in the best possible hands.
